Patio Care & Maintenance Plan
Like anything under the desert sun, patio covers break down over time. With proper scheduled maintenance, yours will last longer, avoid costly repairs, and keep looking new for years to come.
Everything your patio needs, every season
Pro Cleaning Service
A professional cleaning that keeps your patio looking new, longer — surfaces washed and detailed the white glove way.
Debris Removal
Leaves, dirt, and buildup cleared away before moisture can sit and cause rotting in your structure.
Structural Inspection
A trained eye on every beam, post, and panel — catching small issues before they turn into costly repairs.
Test & Retighten Bolts to Spec
Hardware tested and re-torqued to spec, preventing structural damage to your patio cover, retractable shades, and more.
Maintained patios outlast neglected ones
Over time, like anything else, patio covers break down. Sun, wind, dust, and monsoon seasons slowly take their toll — bolts loosen, debris collects, surfaces dull, and small problems quietly grow into expensive ones.
With proper scheduled maintenance, your patio cover lasts longer and you avoid costly repairs down the road. And your patio doesn't just hold up — it looks new for a longer period of time.
